ALMONDS!
Almonds are one of my favourite nuts, along with walnuts, brazil nuts, hazelnuts and pine nuts! They are really great because they contain loads of calcium and protein, which is what we all love to hear! However, like all nuts, they are fattening in large quantities, so to get the most out of these little wonders, have about 10-30 of these little babies each day to speed up your metabolism and get your protein kick! They’re also very filling, so you’ll find that you don’t even need to eat too many of them! Add them to cereal, muffins, salads and sprinkle some crushed ones on top of smoothies! YUMMY!
